Plain terms.

These terms cover your use of the Kuchu Puchu app and website. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Kuchu Puchu lets you exchange gestures and full-screen sparks with friends you accept, and optionally chat with Puchu, an AI friend. It is an early product: features change and the service may be interrupted.

Your account

Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is sent from your account. Do not use the app to harass anyone, send unlawful content, or try to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Free trial and the one-time unlock

Every new account has a 7-day free trial that starts when you sign up. No card is needed. After the trial you pay ₹99 once to keep sending; this is a one-time payment for lifetime access to Kuchu Puchu and is never charged again. Lifetime means for as long as we operate the service. If you do not unlock after the trial, you can still open the app and read and receive what friends send, but sending is paused until you pay. Your ₹99 also gives you 1 month of the Plus plan free, once. Plus does not continue after that month unless you subscribe yourself. Accounts that existed before the trial was introduced get their 7 days from 1 November 2026.

Plans and payments

Plus, Pro and Cupid are paid in Indian rupees, monthly or yearly, through our payment partner Razorpay. Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable tax. These plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year, charging the same payment method at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app under Plans, Cancel renewal; the plan then keeps working until the end of the time you have already paid for and is not charged again. We will tell you before we change the price of a plan you are subscribed to, and a change applies only from your next renewal. The ₹99 unlock and special spark packs are one-time purchases that do not renew.

Plan limits (sparks, special sparks, circles, Puchu messages) are shown on the plans page and may be adjusted with notice. A Cupid plan covers you and one partner you choose.

Your own picture

Every paid plan lets you use your own picture as your character. You may upload only pictures you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful, hateful or showing another person without their consent. Your friends can see it. We may remove a picture that breaks these terms. If a paid plan ends your picture stays visible to friends, but you cannot upload a new one until you have a paid plan again.

Mac and Windows

The app is available for Apple Silicon Macs (macOS 14 or later) and Windows 10 or 11. Early builds may not be notarized or signed yet, so your computer may warn you; only install downloads from kuchupuchu.me. Updates are free.

Invite codes

Inviting a friend gives both of you 5 sparks when the friend signs up within 7 days of creating their account. Rewards are limited to 10 per inviter each month, and we may withdraw rewards earned by abuse.

Puchu

Puchu’s replies are generated by AI and can be wrong or odd. Puchu is a friendly companion, not a doctor, lawyer, therapist or emergency service.

Refunds

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
