Refunds, simply.

We want you to be happy with what you buy.

Plans

If a paid plan is not working for you, write to us within 7 days of paying and we will refund it in full, provided it has not been heavily used. After 7 days, plans are not refundable, but you keep the plan until the period ends.

Spark packs

Unused spark packs can be refunded within 7 days. Sparks already used cannot be refunded.

Cancelling a plan

Plus, Pro and Cupid renew automatically until you cancel. To stop, open the app, go to Plans and choose Cancel renewal. You are not charged again, and the plan keeps working until the end of the time you already paid for. We do not refund the part of a period that has already started, except as described below. If you are charged for a renewal you cancelled before it was taken, write to us and we will refund it.

The ₹99 unlock

The ₹99 payment is one-time and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If you ask within 7 days of paying and have not used the month of Plus included with it, we will refund it. Past that, or once the included Plus month has been used, it is not refundable except where the law says so.

Failed or double payments

If money was taken but your plan did not appear, or you were charged twice, write to us with the payment id. We will fix it or refund it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually in 5 to 7 working days.
